If your Noble Home Gifts purchase does not completely satisfy you, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchased price, excluding delivery charges, within 10 days of delivery. Please read our terms below for exclusions and conditions of return.

 

Regular price items can be returned within 10 days after receiving the shipment by the customer when accompanied by the original or gift receipt and in its original packaging. There will be a charge for returning the item. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

 

Clearance and Final Sale products cannot be returned. We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges of goods that are damaged or misused by the consumer and are not in new condition. We also reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges made after the 10-day limit has expired.

 

If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damages from shipping, please contact Customer Support at info@noblehomegifts.ca as soon as you receive the order. Please include some photos of the damage with your email. All claims must be sent within ten days of receipt. Any claims submitted after the 10-day period will be rejected. 

 

We do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns on Personalized or Custom Orders because they are made specifically for you.

· International Orders

· Returned goods, if not properly and securely packaged and sealed using the original packaging.

· Returned goods if they have been used.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Once an order is shipped from our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If your package shows as delivered in the tracking system but you have not received it, please contact the shipping company directly. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for payments of any customs duties and taxes.

 

DELIVERY TIME

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives within the estimated delivery period. If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible; however, we do not offer monetary compensation for late delivery.

 

MATERIAL & FINISHES

The colour, finish, coating, and even size and shape of each item may vary due to the uniqueness of making each piece and raw material used in some of our products. 

For some products, the uniqueness of each item may also vary from piece to piece due to the complexity of how products are crafted. Additionally, exposure to light, humidity, and temperature changes may impact the condition of your merchandise over time.

 

 

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

 

1. Contact Noble Home Gifts Customer Service at info@noblehomegifts.ca to verify return eligibility.

2. In the email please include the following: reason for return, order number, photo, and product description.

3. Use the original packaging for packaging the returning product. Please seal the packaging securely and ship it to the address below.

4. There is a charge of 15 percent as the restocking fee applied to returned items.

Refunds

Your refund will be processed once we receive the package.

After inspection of the product, and upon approval of your eligibility, a refund is issued. 

 

Refunds for credit cards and PayPal will only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. It could take up to 14 days from the date we receive your return to credit your account.
